The Cinematic Video is a short highlight-style clip, typically around three to five minutes in length. It delivers an informative and entertaining showcase of the event in its entirety, summarising the key moments and providing a comprehensive overview while maintaining an engaging pace.
The Full Feature Film
As a full-length movie, the Full Feature Film varies in duration and is dedicated to presenting the entire event. This format covers all the details and intricacies, ensuring that every aspect and special moment is captured and preserved, offering a complete retelling of the occasion.

Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Yes, travel costs are included for events within the Durban area, any events outside of Durban CBD, travel costs will apply.
How long do you take to deliver our photos and video?
10–12 weeks. We know you'll be excited, so we always try to send a few sneak peeks before final delivery.
Do you meet with clients?
Yes. We meet with you one-on-one or virtually before your event date.
Do you do drone footage?
Yes, we do, where flying is permitted. Drone footage depends on the weather and can't be guaranteed in rain, high winds, hail, snow or other conditions beyond our control.
How do we conclude our booking with YCPF?
Once you've chosen a package or accepted a customised quote, a 35% deposit and a signed contract secure your date. The balance is due 7 days before your event.
Can you cover the bride and groom's pre-wedding events?
Yes. We have a big team, plus a second team for these requests, so we can cover both events with ease.
